By joining The Furniture Ombudsman, Peter Green has demonstrated their commitment to the consumer. Through their membership, the retailer has agreed to follow the scheme’s Code of Practice and pledged to act responsibly within the furniture industry.
Managing Director, Adrian Oates said “At Peter Green we offer a high level of choice, quality and service as well as peace of mind that purchases are secure and of a high standard. Above all, our customers expect honesty. We have chosen to join The Furniture Ombudsman as we wanted to show that putting the customer first is highly important to us.”

The Furniture Ombudsman also offers an impartial and independent dispute resolution service for both consumers and furniture retailers. By joining The Furniture Ombudsman, Peter Green is offering their customers additional reassurance.
Kevin Grix, Head of The Furniture Ombudsman said “We are very pleased to welcome Peter Green to our list of members. When purchasing from a registered member of The Furniture Ombudsman, the consumer benefits from additional assurance that they will get a fair deal from the retailer. This in turn helps raise standards within the industry as a whole and increases the confidence of consumers purchasing from registered members of the scheme”
