Sway Away

It is a well-known fact that we spend too much time sitting down and don’t move around enough. Many people notice this every day through their body’s signals: their backs ache or their shoulders are tense. We are aware that sitting motionless for a long time puts strain on the spine, spinal discs and muscles. It would be healthier if we occasionally did our work standing up.
