Interiors UAE 2011 Announces Call for Entries to Product Innovation Awards

Abu Dhabi, UAE; 2 April 2011 - Interiors UAE 2011, the region’s premier trade gathering for luxury, design led products and services, has announced the brand new Product Innovation Awards. Designed to recognise outstanding innovation in product design for the luxury hotel industry, the Product Innovation Awards welcome entries from companies operating within the design and development of hotels, from smaller, design-led companies to the larger, more established manufacturers. The product must have been launched in to the MENA region between May 2010 and 8 April 2011, which is also the deadline for submission of entries. Multiple entries are permitted but are limited to three entries per company. All entries will be judged by a panel of leading design experts and will be showcased at Interiors UAE 2011 on 9 – 11 May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). “The awards programme provides an invaluable opportunity for companies to promote brand new products to key decision makers with serious buying power who have always made it a point to visit our show each year,” said Tony Crinion, Event Director, UBM Built Environment, organisers of Abu Dhabi’s only interior design show. Last year, 44% of visitors were architects, interior designers or property developers giving exhibitors access to a significant number of key specifiers and designers working on major projects across the Middle East. Interiors UAE 2011 is the only interiors trade event held in Abu Dhabi, offering an exclusive fusion of modern and traditional influences through a unique gathering of international and regional suppliers, manufacturers and interior designers. This leading event offers educational and inspirational content through the three day seminar programme featuring industry trend forecasts and best practices.
