FIRA are pleased to announce that B&Q has received FIRA Gold Installation Certification for their kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms installation services.
The accreditation means that the installation processes used by B&Q have passed a rigorous series of tests to ensure that installation in customers’ homes is carried out to the highest standards each and every time.
B&Q is the largest home improvement and garden centre retailer in the UK and Europe and the third largest in the world. Certification has been awarded for all of B&Q’s 321 stores across the UK.
FIRA Gold Certification will ensure this high level of service is maintained through a continual audit of the installation service. The accreditation will provide consumers with the peace of mind that B&Q Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms installation has been assessed against specified performance levels through independent tests and evaluation.
